1. No purchase necessary. The sweepstakes begins 12:00 p.m. (ET) on February 12th, 2008 and ends 11:59 a.m. (ET) on March 3rd, 2008. To be eligible for the drawing of ten $100 LongHorn Steakhouse gift cards (one $100 gift card per winner), you must be a member of the LongHorn Low Down eClub on March 3, 2008. No other entry method is accepted. Winner will be selected at random on or about March 3rd from among all eligible members of the LongHorn Low Down eClub, and will be notified March 7th at the email address listed on their membership account. If we are unable to contact the winner within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be awarded subject to verification of eligibility and as long as all qualifications are met. Limit one entry per e-mail address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account at time of entry. (See #5 for qualifications).
	2. Grand Prize: Ten $100 LongHorn Steakhouse gift cards will be awarded. (ARV: $100 each). 3. The drawing will be conducted by Fishbowl Marketing, and LongHorn Steakhouse (the “Sponsors”). The Sponsors will share responsibility for the final decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equivalent kind and value. The Sponsors and their agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Odds of winning prizes are based on the total number of eClub members at the time of the drawing.
	4. Grand Prize winner will be notified by email. Prizes are non-transferable, and cash substitutes are not allowed. All Federal, state, and local taxes, if any are the responsibility of the winner. Only one prize per household or family. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for publicity and advertising without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The sweepstakes is open only to residents of the United States, except employees (and their families) of LongHorn Steakhouse, Darden Restaurants and Fishbowl Marketing, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion, and fulfillment agencies. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 6. The sponsor and/or agency assume no liability for any mechanical failures that may affect your ability to be eligible or for any late, lost, or misdirected eClub sign-ups. If Sponsors determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.longhornsteakhouse.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
	Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel this promotion if it becomes technically corrupted such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and select winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received by this termination date.
