ELIGIBILITY: The Texas Roadhouse Father’s Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2022 and ends on June 19, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Participants must be able to provide valid identification in order to enter and/or claim prize. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing products or services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. PRIVACY: Your participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed by visiting https://www.texasroadhouse.com/privacy-policy. All information submitted by you will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
LIMITS ON ENTRIES: Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to one (1) entry per phone number/device regardless of whether you participate via text entry or scanning the QR code.
Entries generated by robots or scripts are a direct violation of the Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only received and confirmed text entries, and fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
PRIZE and DRAWING: By July 1, 2022, at each participating Texas Roadhouse restaurant, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries. Each winner will win a pack of six (6) 12-ounce Ribeye steaks from Texas Roadhouse Butcher Shop with a retail value of approximately $149 (“Prize”). Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by mail, electronic mail, or phone number, as determined solely by Sponsor. Each potential winner may also be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, is disqualified, or refuses to sign the Prize Claim Documents, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. At Sponsor’s discretion, each winner may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a different prize of equal or greater value.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
NO WARRANTY: Prizes are awarded “AS IS”. Sponsor makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize consists only of the item listed, is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates, and/or their agents are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes, or Sponsor’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership, consumption or use or misuse of any prize awarded; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, including, without limitation, travel; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Sponsor; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Sponsor. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. SPONSOR, SPONSOR AFFILIATES, AND THEIR AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
